Spend a weekend with acclaimed Canadian painter David Langevin, known for the dramatic light and rich surface texture of his landscapes and “tree portraits.” This hands-on workshop digs into the texture effects at the heart of his work, from building layers with gels and mediums to controlling how light catches a worked surface. Langevin will demonstrate his methods and work alongside participants through the weekend. Materials
