Open to Exhibiting, AFCA and SFCA members of the Federation of Canadian Artists who are also members of FCA Toronto. Sales are managed through the FCA Federation Gallery website rather than the Etobicoke Civic Centre gallery. The FCA takes a 17.5 per cent sales commission and FCA Toronto takes a further 10 per cent, for a combined 27.5 per cent. Chapter members may submit artworks that are not for sale. An artist may submit up to 5 artworks and the jury may accept up to 3 per artist.
