Signa Goldleaf builds mixed media collage from salvaged paper, thread and gold leaf. Her work sits between still life and assemblage, and has been exhibited across Vancouver Island since 2019.

Collage lets me keep the seams visible. I would rather the join between two materials be part of the picture than hide it.
